FAQ
I haven't arrived yet. Can you still help?
Yes. We run video viewings and send landlords a short profile with a letter from your employer, so they know who they are renting to before you arrive.
Are you a real estate agency?
No. We work only on your side as the tenant, never for the landlord.
What's not included?
Rent, the landlord's deposit and any fee the landlord's agent charges. We tell you about all of them before you commit.
What if you don't find a flat?
Then you don't pay the rest of the package. The first 99 € covers our search work and is non-refundable once we've sent you the shortlist.
