FAQ
Will the landlord meet me?
Yes. You go to the viewing in person and we're by your side as interpreter and go-between. Landlords choose a person, so meeting you matters.
Are you a real estate agency?
No. We work only on your side as the tenant, not for the landlord.
I'm not in the country yet. Can I start?
It works best once you're here. If your employer is organising the move, we can arrange a video viewing and a letter from your employer.
What if you don't find me a flat?
Then you don't pay the remaining 241 €. The first 49 € covers our search work and is non-refundable once we've sent you the shortlist.
